ACCOUNTANT

The position of Accountant is a full-time exempt benefits-eligible position. This position is the primary source of accounting support for the Foundation. Finance management is integral to the success of WHF's Healthiest State in the Nation Campaign and Programs. The Accountant receives guidance and direction from the President and CEO and Director of Operations. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, time-management skills, flexibility, and multi-tasking capabilities.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to - Financial statements/budgeting, accounts payable & receivable, payroll, audit work, tax and report filings, bank reconciliations and cash flow reports, fundraising, investments, and customer service.

WHF/CHAP Administrative Assistant needed ASAP; Part-time (24 hrs/wk)


The Washington Health Foundation (WHF) is seeking a highly organized individual to provide administrative support to the Community Health Access Program (CHAP). This position requires a knowledge of computer-based word processing, spreadsheet & presentation applications; meeting & event coordination as well as document organization. Applicant must be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities, be highly organized, have attention to detail, possess strong customer service skills and ease with phones and typing. Accounting and reporting skills a plus. 2 years of support experience needed. PT (24 hrs/wk) with excellent benefits.
