Connecting People to Health Homes and Resources

The Community Health Access Program (CHAP) is a King County-focused direct service program assisting families and individuals with access to culturally and linguistically appropriate health care and social services, regardless of their ability to pay. CHAP serves those who are experiencing problems in the health system at the most personal level—individuals and families with major concerns and needs such as finding a physician, dentist or health coverage.

Our services are FREE and confidential.

We can help you find affordable:

  • Health care or insurance
  • Health-screening services
  • Doctors, dentists, midwives or nurses
  • Medical or dental clinics with sliding fees
  • Support services
  • Prenatal care
