Free or low-cost health insurance through Medicaid or Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) opens doors to healthy futures with:

  • Check-ups and immunizations
  • Eyeglasses and hearing aids
  • Physical and speech therapy
  • Family planning
  • Counseling and more
You may qualify for children's free or low-cost health insurance if your adjusted monthly income fits the levels below.

Income limits are valid through March 2008.
Certain expenses can be deducted—families who earn more than this may still qualify. Please call CHAP to discuss your personal situation.
