You may qualify for children's free or low-cost health insurance if your adjusted
monthly income fits the levels below.
* CHIP costs include a monthly premium of $15 per child up to $45 maximum per family.
Income limits are valid through March 2008.
Certain expenses can be deducted—families who earn more than this may still
qualify. Please call CHAP to discuss your personal situation.
