Rural Grants
Since its inception, the Washington Health Foundation (WHF) has given more than $12 million in grants to fund health improvement in Washington State.
In 2010 WHF invites applications for two grant programs: Mini Grants and Health Home Demonstration Grants. Both grant programs will invest in rural community-based collaboratives that contribute to making Washington the Healthiest State in the Nation.
All of WHF’s grants are aimed at improving both Healthy Living (individual health choices) and Healthy Systems (the educational, economic, social, health and political systems that can make healthy choices the easy choices).
